You acknowledge that any links to your listing in the directory are your sole responsibility and are subject to your terms, conditions and disclaimers. Further, you agree to defend and indemnify Stocks-Options-Trading.com from any action brought as a result of use of a linked site.

By contributing information to a listing within the directory, you accept that you hold all necessary rights (including copyright) to the information being presented. Further you guarantee that nothing you contribute is defamatory in nature or infringes any law or regulation. You agree to take full responsibility for all content contributed.

When you submit content to the directory in any format - text, logos, graphics and other material - you grant Stocks-Options-Trading.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish or otherwise deal with that content, now and in the future.

Submission Rules

• Submitted website must be relevant to the category.
• Titles and descriptions must be in English only. Description containing errors, bad grammar or a bunch of keywords that do not form an actual sentence or clause will delay approval.
• Use of inappropriate CAPITALIZATI0N of words is not allowed in site's titles and or descriptions.
•  Site's descriptions and or titles should not be too promotional and interpret like an advertisement text.
•  Site's description and or titles should not mention any pricing, telephone numbers, or other information that is subject to change.
• Site's description and or titles should not include any URLs in the description field.
•  Avoid words like 'best', 'leader', 'cheapest', 'greatest' or any other exaggerated adjective in site's description and or titles.

Web-Sites that are not accepted in our Directory Listing

• Sites under construction or with insufficient content, broken links, incomplete pages, and/or missing or incomplete graphics will not be accepted.
•  We do not accept sites with illegal/objectionable material or that, web believe, in our sole discretion, is offensive. This includes but not limited to child pornography, adult sites or adult related content, material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity (such as fraud or violence), Scams, illegal money making schemes (such as Pyramid Schemes) or similar, Racial Intolerance against any individual/group/organization, vulgarity, Dating, Betting/Gambling/Casino sites, Warez/Hacking/Cracking or Sites that contain Illicit Drugs/ Drug Paraphernalia etc. Submissions with content mentioned above are not eligible for refunds.
•  Site that redirects to another address, disguised URLs, and Tracking URL's will not be accepted.
•  Mirror sites i.e. sites having the same content but different domains  will not be accepted.
•  Sites comprising largely of affiliate links, excessive ads, popups or popunders will not be accepted.

Selection and Listing of Sites

We reserve the right to decide whether, where, and how a site is listed. Placement and editing of directory listings is at our sole discretion. Stocks-Options-Trading.com reserves the right to suspend, edit, move or remove listings at any time where it is considered inappropriate, inaccurate, incomplete, misrepresentative, of ill-taste or by any other reason. In such instances, Stocks-Options-Trading.com is not obligated to notify companies or offer full or partial refunds where paid listings apply. Sites that are later found violating our submission guidelines after approval will be removed.

Refund Policy

Payment does not guarantee placement in the SOT Resource Directory Listing. Your submission fee will be refunded if your site is rejected for any reason other than those mentioned in the above terms. Refunds are not issued once your site is approved and added in the directory.
