Our Options Trading Signals Example

If you do not clearly understand the information in the table on the web site, please do not hesitate to contact us. The type of options signals that could be issued by our options trading system are provided below.

There are five types of signals that could be issued by our trading system:

  1. When a new signal is generated;
  2. When a trade is opened;
  3. When the system recommends to change exit price;
  4. When the system recommends to change stop-loss;
  5. When the trade is closed.

New Signal

When an options position is opened we may change the exit price. As a rule it happened when system recommend cutting profit and earlier position exit or longer staying in the position with expectation for bigger profit. The signals examples above are for uncovered options (selling options short) only. The structure of the signals for buying options is the same. The only difference is that in the signal parameter you will see "Buy to Open". The signals for stocks could be both: "Buy to open" (open a long trade) or "Sell to open" (open a short trade).
