We reserve the right at any time to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement, change the Website, including but not limited by, adding, eliminating or discontinuing any content, service, or feature of the Website.

Stocks-Options-Trading.com specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, access to or use of the site (even if Stocks-Options-trading.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages). This includes, but not limited to, lost profits or trading losses. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site and/or content contained within the site is to stop using the site. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to company for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) shall be the total amount paid to you, if any, to access the site.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from (a) your breach of this Agreement, including any violation of the Code of Conduct above; (b) any allegation that any materials that you submit to us or transmit to the site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and/or (c) your activities in connection with the site or any services related to the site.

Copyright / Limitation of Use:

The information including, but not limited to, research results, signals that are available on our Website, in our newsletters and/or in our alerts are copyrighted, and it is not permissible to share, copy, download, or print any part and provide it to a third party, other than anyone in your household. If you would like to share said information, or use it for any commercial purposes, you need to subscribe as a professional by contacting us. In all cases, you should not share your user name and password or updated signal information with any other third party.

Data on our Website:

All information including, but not limited to, market data, opinions, ideas, research results, signals, alerts on our website, our newsletters and/or our alerts are for entertainment and educational purposes only and there is no assurance that the data provided are 100% accurate or error-free. Internet and Transmission Risks:

The use of the Internet to transmit and receive information creates additional risk. However, Stocks-Options-Trading.com cannot be responsible for delay in transmitting the information described on this site in a timely manner resulting from problems with Internet connectivity either by us or you, or by slowdowns of Internet transmittal of information. We are not responsible for policy changes made to our, or the recipient's, web host server e-mail system. We are also not responsible for delays or interruptions in transmission of information due to man-made or natural causes. Email Alerts

Some of our services involve sending emails to our subscribers. It is the responsibility of each subscriber to submit a valid email address and to activate an email service after signup in order to receive any of our email services.

There are many reasons why our email may not reach a recipient. There are many providers who may filter emails as spam from anyone who isn't in the recipient’s contact list. We assume no responsibility or liability for undelivered, damaged, or late emails, whatever the reason. If you ever miss an email, it is best to check the website, as the information posted on it is always current.

Payment:

Your subscription fee is made payable to Stocks-Options-Trading.com. You will be notified through e-mail of any changes to our subscription rate. Payment for your subscription is due prior to using our services. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your username and password (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand. In the event that we have to collect unpaid amounts you owe us, you will be liable for all attorneys' and collection agency fees.

We reserve the right to change any fees or charges for use of the Website at any time. We will not change the fee and charges for current subscribers in the middle of a paid period. In the case of a fee change, current subscribers will receive email notification at least two weeks before the next recurring payment due date.

Renewal Policy

Payment for our service will be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed at the end of their subscription periods (Every 30 days for Monthly subscriptions, every three months for Quarterly subscriptions and every year for Yearly subscription) unless Stocks-Options-Trading.com is notified via E-mail at least five days prior to the scheduled renewal date.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your annual subscription to Stocks-Options-Trading.com at any time. To cancel, you must contact us via e-mail, and you must submit your username, email address and product purchased. Your cancellation request must be made at least five or more days in advance of your automatic payment, but there are no refunds of subscription fees previously paid.

Stocks-Options-Trading.com has the right to terminate at any time, and without cause, subscription or access to our services.

Refund

Stocks-Options-Trading.com service comes with an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason in the first 30 days, we will be glad to issue a refund for recurring quarterly and recurring yearly subscription. Simply e-mail us to notify us of your refund request (please specify your User ID in the message).

Please note: in order to prevent abuse of our refund policy, our 30-day money back guarantee is only applicable to customers subscribing for the first time.

Once the 30-day money back guarantee period is over, there is no refund. You can cancel at any time by sending us a cancellation request. Upon notification of cancellation, Stocks-Options-Trading.com will immediately stop charging your credit card and no additional charges will occur. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

When a you receive a refund you will be charged $5.95 re-stocking fee for quarterly subscription and $9.95 re-stocking fee for yearly subscription. The re-stocking fee is charged to cover expenses mostly not dependable on us which include but are not limited by credit card discount fee, transaction fee, account processing fee, etc. Restocking fee could be higher (up to 50% from the charge) when additional customer support was involved.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INITIATE THE REFUND/CANCELLATION REQUEST AND TO FOLLOW-UP IF IT IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.

Customer Support

Stocks-Options-Trading.com does not offer full customer support to non-paying members. All customer support is provided by email. Stocks-Options-Trading.com's customer support requires two business days to respond to enquiries. We cannot be held responsible for any email that does not reach our support staff or for any our response that does not reach its intended recipient, whatever the reason may be.

We reserve the right to not respond to any email that is threatening, insulting, or in any other way damaging. In cases where such emails are sent to our servers on a regular basis, we reserve the right to block the customer's email address.

Our replies to customer enquiries are not legal documents or contracts; email replies are provided for educational purposes only.

We delete emails immediately that are suspected to contain viruses or to pose any other security threat.

Membership Access:

To have access to our site, you must be, or become, a member. When and if you register to become a member, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form, and (b) to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement and your use of the site. Access to, and use of, password protected and/or secure areas of the site is restricted to authorized members only.

Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the site may be subject to prosecution. You agree not to transfer or resell your use of, or access to, our site to any third party. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

Termination:

This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. Stocks-Options-Trading.com may terminate this Agreement, and/or your access to and use of the site or any portion thereof, immediately, in the event that we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement.
